Requirements for Schools

Reservations

• ArtPlay Meet the Artist Series and ArtPlay Teaching Artists on the Road are open on a first come first served basis. Spaces are limited.
• ArtPlay school programs are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment.
• Reservations may be handled in the following ways: by visiting ArtPlay during normal business hours, online registration through ArtPlay website, mail, fax or phone.
• In order to make sure we can accommodate as many students as possible, we request that schools only make reservations if they are sure they can attend or host the event. We encourage you to check your school’s testing/holiday schedules for the full year before you sign-up for any of these events.

School Cancellations

• If a school group must cancel, please do so no later than three weeks prior to the performance/workshop date.
• If a school group cancels a Meet the Artist reservation later than three weeks prior, they will lose the privilege of bus scholarships for the year and will not be able to attend the next three Meet the Artist events.

ArtPlay Cancellations

• If ArtPlay cancels a Meet the Artist Series event, it cannot be rescheduled due to the nature of the program.
• If ArtPlay’s Teaching Artists on the Road is cancelled, the workshop will be rescheduled based on teaching artist availability and school scheduling.
